Sleep tips or sleep tracking?
You could say tracking my sleep motivated me to apply these sleep tips / hacks more frequently.
Because my biggest sleep struggle for years was not being able to sleep.
These tips empowered me to actually get better sleep, or to “play the game of sleep”.
If you cannot win the game of sleep, then it’s going to be a stupid game to play.
