Skybound Games was quick and knew how to finish the work of The Walking Dead, the video game. At the beginning of the year it released the third episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season and in March it released the last one, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series.
But it turns out there’s more. After being able to finish the work that Telltale Games left unfinished, Skybound Games reserved a surprise, another candy, for franchise fans. This is The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series, which debuts next September 10.
The macro title incorporates the 4 main seasons and also gives access to The Walking Dead: Michonne and the DLC 400 Days. That supposes that it includes the more than 50 hours of the series. In other words, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series brings the 23 chapters of the franchise.
The pack also provides a variety of special digital content, such as art galleries, developers’ comments, a documentary and a section to reproduce the music from the various episodes. Another option are the games with a special art style, as a tribute to the comics. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series will be available from September in digital format for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Epic Games store only). Later there will be a physical edition of the video game for consoles.
