Starting today, all those who want to launch into Rogue Company battles will be able to do so without having to go through the checkout line after First Watch Games and Hi-Rez Studios made the decision to make the game free-to-play on all platforms.
Since last July, early access was enabled with a closed beta that has brought together more than two million players, so now anyone can join them all in this third person online action shooter focused entirely on competitive multiplayer.
Users can continue to enjoy the cross-play and cross-save features, so they can meet anyone, regardless of where they are connected. In addition, this announcement comes with the addition of Dahlia, a new character who is an ex-military officer who only thinks about doing her job, no matter what decisions she has to make on the battlefield.
In the future its creators intend to continue adding more soldiers, maps and weapons along with some paid DLCs that will simply contain cosmetic items. So, if you’ve ever been curious to give Rogue Company a try, you can download it now from the Nintendo Switch eShop, PlayStation Network for PS4, Xbox Live for Xbox One or the Epic Games Store for PC.
